Question:
Why does it take so long before an inspector helps me with my case?
Answer:
The cases are being prioritized according to their level of emergency. A flooding toilet or lack of heating are more important than a missing spoon.

Question:
Why can't I just call you or grab a hold of the inspector, when he is present at my dorm?
Answer:
You can't do that for two reasons. First of all, all the inspectors have a long list of unsolves issues, that they bring along all day. If they stop and fix "on the spot" problems all day, they will not be able to help other students with their important problems. Second of all we need you to register in the help desk for administration reasons. (Deposit issues, documentation, statistics etc.)
