Help Desk
Defects and proposals must be reported as tickets to the electronic help desk. The recorded tickets are the basis for maintenance of rooms and apartments. When reporting, you must provide name, room number/apartment adress, phone number and email address. You must choose the category of your request, and clearly and briefly describe what the case is about. You will get a receipt from the system.
