Help Desk

To report missing items or request repairs, please:

  • State your name, room number, phone number and email address.
  • Select the category of your concerns.
  • Briefly describe the contents of the case.

Please report only one type of problem per case.

Please indicate whether the inspector can enter your room without you being present.

If you do not give permission, it may take longer to process your case.

You will receive a receipt from the system.

The help desk is monitored by the inspectors during office hours Monday to Thursday from 8 a.m. to 3.30 p.m and Friday from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.
