Porcelænshaven

The residence has 100 rooms and 5 floors, with 20 rooms per floor.

It is located in part of the former Royal Copenhagen Porcelain Factory, which was renovated for CBS – now a part of campus. The residence was completed on 17 August 2006.

Rooms:
These are the different room types available:

• Large rooms with en suite bathroom.
• Small rooms with shared bathroom (shared with one other person of the same gender).
• Large rooms with shared bathroom (shared with one other person of the same gender).

Bathroom:
Bathrooms are en-suite. Of the 100 rooms, 10 have an en-suite individual bathroom and five of these have wheel chair access. The other 90 rooms have an en-suite bathroom shared with one other person of the same gender.

Kitchen:
Each room has its own fully functional kitchenette with refrigerator, stove top and microwave.

Internet:

The residence has cabled internet and Wi-Fi. Computers and internet cords are not provided.

Laundry:
Laundry facilities are located in the basement. The costs are not included in your rent. All residents are responsible for keeping the laundry room clean and tidy. The floors will be washed by a cleaning company on a regular basis.

Transportation:
Porcelænshaven is located on campus. Dalgas Have or Solbjerg Plads are in walking distance (approximately 5-10 minutes).

Parking:
If you are looking for a residence with high security for your car, we recommend that you apply here as your first priority. Residents have access to an on-campus parking garage for a fee.

Common room:

Residents at Porcelænshaven 28 can book a common room for max. 48 persons for private gatherings, free of charge. The resident will be responsible for the room and its facilities. In case of damages or insufficient cleaning, the costs will be deducted from your deposit.

If you wish to book the common room, please make a request through the help desk at Help Desk | Fonden CBS Academic Housing (cbs-academic-housing.dk)  at least two working days before the requested date to allow time for examining the condition of the room, sorting formalities and programming the key tag. When you book the room, the key tag will be activated at 2 p.m. on the day of your booking and deactivated at 10 a.m. the following day.
